The Ordering Process

MediFly is Made-to-Order daily. The manufacture process ensures that the medical maggot MediFly are supplied freshly hatched 18-24 hours after the order is placed. Each batch of medical-grade MediFly maggots are batch tested to ensure they are free of contaminants.

Important Notes

  • All your orders must reach the MediFly laboratory by 1 pm on weekdays for a delivery to be made on next working day (Monday to Friday)
  • Order may be placed by Phone, Fax or Email
  • Orders received after 1 pm would be subjected to availability of stock
  • Orders for following Monday MUST be received on the preceding Saturday by 5.30 pm
  • Deliveries would be made at the following timings:
    – Mon to Friday: Between 9 am to 5 pm
    – Saturday: Between 9 am to 12 noon
    – Special deliveries may be made on Sunday and public holidays (additional charges apply)

Information Required for each order:

  • Number of Vials for the order
  • Type of Vials for the order
    – Name of Medical Institution
    – Name and contact details of staff ordering
    – I/C number of Patient(s) for whom the order(s) is for
    – Any specific time of delivery
